RamPrasad "RamP!" Moudgalya is an Intrapreneur and a Global Leader in the high-tech industry with work experience ranging from start-ups to large MNCs. He has 25+ years of experience working on cutting-edge products in the Wireless, EDA and Semiconductors. He brings in a wealth of experience in the field of technology, software architecture, product management, development and deployment. He is a certified PMP, internal auditor, trainer and one of the sought after mentors. He is proud to be known as a natural leader and an excellent people manager. He is very resourceful and has nurtured excellent relationships with the eco-system in the industry.

His product development experience spans a wide range of technologies and domains including physical layer algorithms, device drivers, signalling stacks, multimedia applications, VAS, UI and industrial designs. He is a programmer at heart and contributes significantly for product roadmaps, software architecture and design. He has been part of many global core teams in the areas as architecture review, program management and Agile transformation. He has several years of experience in leadership development, working with stakeholders across geography and strategic product development outsourcing.

RamP! is an avid reader with special interest in Innovation, Management practices, Software as a craft and Peak performance. He actively works in his native village trying to help farmers realize their potential through micro-financing and adult education. He is a distance runner, an itinerant with a special liking for solo hikes in diverse parts of the world - the mesmerizing Western Ghats of Southern India, the beautiful Swiss Alps, majestic fjords of Norway, spectacular landscape of Faroe Islands, dramatic Iceland and soothing New Zealand.
